Once Symptom Free, then what?
Once you are symptom free, which can take you 4 to 6 weeks, then you need to progress to the step 2, to re-introduce foods back into your diet and verify which foods can be re-introduced and how many on the one day and remain feeling well.Ā Step 2 can take about 8 weeks to complete.
