Cost of the Initial Life Coaching Consultation - Get Back On Track is $495, which includes:

• • Deep lifestyle coaching, 60mins
  • 12 month access to the full video educational and mindset library
  • 3 months free access to my online community including 2-3 live zoom meetings with the following topics of:
  • 3 months follow up email support as required

Cost of the review consultation is $85, 30mins.

PRE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT

• On making your booking, an email will be sent in response your  new client booking.  This email will contain two things:
  • a prepayment link 
  • paperwork to complete in advance of your initial consultation 

• All appointments (new and review) will require pre payment, the latest 48hrs prior to confirm your appointment.  The reason Helen does this, is to avoid/minimize clients not attending their consultation and inconveniencing both Helen and other clients who need to wait longer for their appointment.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
  
  
• If there are any challenges or concerns you would like to discuss with Helen prior, please feel free to contact her.

• If an appointment is missed, the full fee for the consultation will cover the cancelation fee
• Helen does understand that some unforeseen circumstances can occur to prevent you from coming.  If this is the case, please communicate this with Helen on the day

How to claim a rebate from your consultations

Money can be claimed back one of two ways:

(1)  Private Insurance – you need extras that includes dietitian, you will be provided with a receipt to claim, this is separate to the receipt received for the initial payment via stripe. Helen will email you a receipt adequate for claiming

(2)  Medicare – your GP will need to organize an EPC (enhanced primary care plan). This allows you to claim back $58, from each appointment.  For the initial consultation, you will pay the full fee and Helen will organize your Medicare rebate. Regarding your review, you will just need to pay the gap.
