I absolutely loved Helen's workshop. As a woman very close to 50, I’ve noticed how different my body feels compared to years ago, and Helen explains exactly why in such a clear and empowering way. What I appreciated most was how practical and realistic the information was. Helen breaks down the science of hormones, nutrition, fasting, training, and gut health in a way that actually makes sense and can be applied straight away. I walked away with a much deeper understanding of my body, clearer understanding around what truly supports women’s health at this stage of life, and a simple action plan I can implement immediately. If you’re a woman over 40 who feels like the old ways of eating and exercising just aren’t working anymore, I highly recommend this workshop. It’s informative, empowering, and incredibly valuable. It cuts out the guessing work.
I attended a recent workshop with Cath a Personal Trainer of 25 years whom I have been training with for several years, joined with Helen a Dietitian & Life Coach, combining the two experienced coaches together we learnt about the Hormonal Stages for Women and the balance of achieving a healthy lifestyle. The workshop explained the importance of what to eat, when to eat, various supplements for your gut health, manage stress & overall improve your wellbeing. The training session explained the importance of increasing your weights to achieve better muscle & bone density, improving metabolic health and having fun along the way. Honestly, I would recommend this workshop to anybody wanting to improve their health & fitness, we have a basic idea what we should be eating & the exercise that is required, to maintain a healthier you….. for me it was like the puzzle pieces finally fit now, I have come away from the workshop taking on the advice & guidance of two wonderful professionals, and no longer listening to the latest fad diets & exercise programs on social media that don’t work!!
