Being a female has it's challenges

It can all become too deflating when we consistently try to gain control of our weight and nothing appears to work or work quickly enough.  We can often place our own wellbeing and weight control into the too hard basket. It can feel like it just takes too much effort and compromise to get any results.

Those hormones from the age of  40 upwards, just add another layer or perceived block to reach your peak health.  Yes it can become harder to manage your weight, but there are things in your control to get around this and beat it.
