The Eat Everything Lose Centimetres –2 week meal plan offers you a flexible guide to which you can swap meals, interchange sources of protein and add your own flair via your preferred sauces, vegetables, salads, fruit, healthy fat and treats.
Within the meal plan, a number of menu items are denoted by a (▲), which requires that you refer to the recipes online, under the meal plan tab for instructions.
