I have been told by specialist that I need to loose weight to keep lymphodiema,blood pressure and other medical problems in check I have tried weight watches and the gym, walk as well I do attendent the gym 4 times a week and watch what I eat but have had little results I am still the same weight on the scales and it has been three years of getting no where fast I would love the oportuntiy to try something new or at least talk to someone who may put some light to where I am going wrong. I do need to keep my health problem in check or I can need up in a worse condition. Thanks you Anna
