 I found Helen Bauzon's seminar information in the Hearld Sun and thought I would look into it in more detail. Once checking out the website and speaking to Helen on the phone I was excited and had a sense of expectation about the seminar and what it might hold. I was certainly not disappointed as Helen presented in her down to earth and friendly manner. There were so many "gems" that Helen shared and many of these went towards filling the gaps in the puzzle about how to live and succeed with a lapband. Helen's technique for being able to eat foods without getting blocked is simply amazing and it works!
